Primary Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Kit contains components that when added to Mesenchymal Stem Cell Basal Medium create a complete Primary Cell Solutions culture environment for skeletal muscle cells derived from a normal human skeletal tissue. The medium formulation is designed to support normal skeletal cell proliferation and growth. No feeder layers, extracellular matrix proteins, or other substrates are required.
