| Relevance | Recognizes the mouse ThB cell surface antigen. The ThB antigen is present on most immature T-cells of the thymus, on Ig-, Thy-1- and Ig+ lymphoid cells in bone marrow and peripheral B-cells, but absent on peripheral T-cells. ThB is expressed in high density on spleen cells of AKR, C57BL, DBA/2, SJL and SWR stains. Balb/c, CBA, C3H/He and NZB stans express low densities of the ThB antigen on spleen cells. |
