XF Medium must be used in conjunction with Animal Component-Free Cell Attachment Substrate. For passaging, Animal Component-Free Cell Dissociation Kit is required. XF Medium must be supplemented with Heparin Solution. Since Heparin Solution contains non-human animal-derived components, the complete medium will not be xeno-free. |
