| Description | The kit contains components that when added to the fibroblst basal medium create a complete serum-free culture environment for fibroblasts. The final concentration for each component is as follows: HLL Supplement: HSA 500 µg/mL, linoleic acid 0.6 mM, lecithin 0.6 µg/mL L-Glutamine: 7.5 mM rh FGF basic: 5 ng/mL rh EGF/TGF-1 Supplements: 5 ng/mL and 30 pg/mL, respectively rh Insulin: 5 µg/mL Hydrocortisone: 1 µg/mL Ascorbic acid: 50 µg/mL |
