The serum used in this formulation has been pre-tested and selected for its ability to support long-term myelopoiesis by primitive human hematopoietic cells (e. g. in long-term culture-initiating cell (LTC-IC) assays).This product requires the addition of freshly prepared Hydrocortisone. |
