| Description | The Human Cord Blood Debulking Cocktail is designed to deplete lineage positive cells from fresh cord blood. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2, CD14, CD19, CD66b and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium, the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells are present as a pre-enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium. |
