| Description | Reduce the risk of culture failure by maturing and maintaining motor neuron cells using the Motor Neuron Maturation Kit. This kit combines neurophysiological Medium—proven to support long-term activity and maturation—with the supplements needed to produce functional motor neuron cultures. Cells matured with the Motor Neuron Maturation Kit exhibit high-level expression of expected motor neuron markers, including ChAT (>40%), across multiple cell lines. Use the resulting motor neuron cultures in a variety of applications, such as modeling human neurological disease or toxicity testing. The Motor Neuron Maturation Kit can also support your co-culture with muscle cells generated using the Differentiation Kit or with microglia generated using the Microglia Differentiation Kit. |
