| Description | Differentiate human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) to NK cells with the feeder-free and serum-free NK Cell Kit. The NK Cell Kit protocol first uses animal component-free Hematopoietic - EB reagents for the generation of embryoid bodies (EBs) from hPSCs which are then further differentiated into CD34+ cells. The kit includes all the EB reagents necessary for this step: Hematopoietic - EB Basal Medium Hematopoietic - EB Supplement A Hematopoietic - EB Supplement BThe CD34+ cells are then further directed to differentiate to CD56+ NK cells using reagents: SFEM II Lymphoid Progenitor Expansion Supplement (10X) Lymphoid Differentiation Coating Material (100X) NK Cell Differentiation Supplement (100X) For your convenience, the Hematopoietic - EB and reagents included with the kit are also available individually. |
