| Overview | Efficiently grow Wnt-independent colorectal tumor organoids using OGM Human Basal Medium. Tumoroids have high predictive value as an in vitro system as they retain the characteristics of the tumor of origin. Use OGM Human Basal Medium to provide optimal culture conditions for tumor organoid growth and expansion while maintaining tumor heterogeneity. The Wnt-free formulation ensures that Wnt-dependent, normal, healthy intestinal cells do not contaminate the tumoroid culture. Tumor organoids generated using OGM Human Basal Medium are suitable for a variety of applications, including modeling tumor development and screening drugs for efficacy and toxicity. For growing healthy intestinal organoids, please use Organoid Growth Medium (Human) or SF Organoid Growth Medium (Human). For differentiating human intestinal organoids, refer to Organoid Differentiation Medium (Human). |
