Biological Description Irreversible monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor. Increases serotonergic, noradrenergic activity and aμgments dopamine transmission. Additionally inhibits LSD1 (BHC110), inhibiting histone demethylation (IC50 = >50 μM). Anticonvulsant and antidepressant.
