| Description | Efficiently expand human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived endothelial cells using xeno-free Endothelial Expansion Culture Kit. This kit includes xeno-free Endothelial Expansion Basal Medium and 5X Supplement, and Animal Component-Free Cell Attachment Substrate, and is optimized for the expansion of hPSC-derived endothelial cells and for the maintenance of endothelial marker expression. After 7 days of mesoderm and endothelial induction, the resulting cells can be expanded for 5 - 6 passages to generate large numbers of highly pure, mature endothelial cells that typically reach ≥ 99% CD144+CD31+ by passage 2 and maintain this phenotype until passage 5. This kit is compatible with hPSCs. The components of Endothelial Expansion Culture Kit are included in Endothelial Differentiation Kit. For passaging, Animal Component-Free Cell Dissociation Kit is required. |
