| Overview | -HY Medium C is a serum-containing liquid medium used to promote hybridoma viability and recovery after the fusion process (PEG-based or electrofusion) and prior to hypoxanthine, aminopterin, thymidine (HAT) selection. This medium has been verified for use in mouse and rat hybridoma development and reportedly is compatible for production of hybridomas using lymphocytes from a variety of host animals including human, mouse, rat, and hamster. |
