Available either individually or as part of Organoid Kit (Human), OIM can be used to generate hepatic organoids from fresh or cryopreserved human liver tissue. These organoids may then be further expanded and maintained in Organoid Growth Medium (Human) and subsequently differentiated with Organoid Differentiation Medium (Human) to generate mature organoids that demonstrate hepatic functionality, including CYP3A4 activity. |
