| Overview | Support the culture of human T cells and enhance your cell therapy development by using high-performance, cGMP-manufactured-XF medium. Designed for robust expansion for use in clinical applications without the need for serum or serum derivatives, this medium is also phenol red-free, xeno-free and has no added cytokines - providing complete flexibility for your workflows. T cells can be harvested after just 10 - 12 days of culture and are able to produce cytokines, including interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and IL4, upon restimulation. This ready-to-use medium is produced according to current GMP guidelines, ensuring the highest quality and consistency for reproducible results. -XF can be used individually or in combination with Human CD3/CD28 T Cell Activator or Human CD3/CD28/CD2 T Cell Activator for a gentle, bead-free activation of T cells. |
