Research Scientist / Project Manager, REGRMED™

Job Description

As a Research Scientist/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading research projects and driving innovation in REGRMED™. You will oversee all aspects of project development, from conceptualization to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects to explore novel therapeutic approaches in regenerative medicine.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and clinicians to achieve project goals.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and generate insights to advance scientific understanding.
• Prepare research proposals, grant applications, and scientific publications.
• Stay abreast of latest developments in regenerative medicine and contribute to intellectual property development.

Qualifications

• PhD in biomedical engineering, molecular biology, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and scientific research, preferably in regenerative medicine.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in scientific data analysis software and techniques.
