Senior Scientist, REGRMED™
Job Description
As a Senior Scientist, you will lead research efforts in REGRMED™ and drive scientific innovation. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, you will mentor junior scientists and contribute to the strategic direction of the research program.
Responsibilities
- Lead research projects focused on developing novel therapies in regenerative medicine.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Publish research findings in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences.
- Mentor and train junior scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research objectives and achieve scientific milestones.
- Contribute to grant writing, fundraising efforts, and intellectual property development.
Qualifications
- PhD in Stem Cell Biology, Tissue Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in scientific research, with a focus on regenerative medicine.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
