Job Description

As a Senior Scientist, you will lead research efforts in REGRMED™ and drive scientific innovation. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, you will mentor junior scientists and contribute to the strategic direction of the research program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects focused on developing novel therapies in regenerative medicine.
  • Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Publish research findings in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences.
  • Mentor and train junior scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research objectives and achieve scientific milestones.
  • Contribute to grant writing, fundraising efforts, and intellectual property development.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Stem Cell Biology, Tissue Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in scientific research, with a focus on regenerative medicine.
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
