Job Description

As a Sales Manager at REGRMED™, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will lead a dynamic sales team, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and develop innovative strategies to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key opinion leaders, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • PhD in cellular biology, biomedical engineering, molecular biology, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the biotechnology or healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
